Thank you El Paso passport agency for being so incredibly amazing today!!! We needed a passport fast for my daughter in order to make our Christmas family trip to Italy SAME day as our appointment😬. Our appointment was at 7:30 and by 11am we had her new passport in hands. We are forever grateful for the expedited service and hospitality. Their customer service is excellent. THANK YOU for saving our trip!! And lots of tears

I am beyond grateful for all the very kind, sympathetic and professional staff at the El Paso passport agency!! Even though my passport date was still valid, it was shy of the 90 days beyond required to enter Switzerland. I didn’t find out until I was trying to check in on my United app 24 hours prior to my flight!!! So blessed that I was able to get an appointment at 8:00 AM and flew from San Antonio to El Paso the night before. With my flight to Switzerland at 2:30 PM that SAME day, they were able to complete the entire process, and I had my new passport in hand by 10:30 AM, plenty of time to get to my altered flight from El Paso. Otherwise, it would have ruined my Thanksgiving vacation with my son (his passport was fine!!!). I wish that this agency would be allowed to receive flowers, champagne or something, but they said a good review is the best. I wish I could do more for them as they have done for me - beyond grateful and would highly recommend this agency!!!

They went above and beyond to help my family get our passports on time. I got multiple calls (from a real person!!!) regarding my application to clear up some questions. They went out of their way to make sure my family was taken care of. I could not be more thankful! I wish all government agencies were so compassionate and humane. Thank you El Paso Passport Agency!

Flew in from Chicago and had a last minute appointment at 730. Needed a passport photo so go to the local Walgreens if the passport picture place in the building is closed. My documents were processed by 815 (took more time than usual because I had to go to Walgreens for the passport photo). I had a flight at 12 to leave El Paso for my international vacation so they added a note to my papers. Got a call at 10 that my passport was ready. Thank you so much El Paso passport agency! Saved my vacation.

Agency Experience Overview: The hardest part of the entire experience was getting the appointment to begin with. I originally had an appointment in Miami but when I called a different day, El Paso was an option and I quickly went to the reviews while on the phone. Decision to switch was made and I’m going to say it was well worth it. Timeline: Appointment was at 9:30am, you can only check in 15 minutes prior FYI. At 9:15 we were allowed through security and directed towards a general check in area. By 9:45 I had checked in and about 15 minutes later my number was called to have everything processed. Paid for my passport renewal and noted that I had a departing flight at 3pm later in the afternoon. They of course couldn’t make any promises but try extremely hard to accommodate travel itineraries. I left back to my hotel until check out around noon. At 12:42pm I was called and notified it was ready. It truly was a 2.5 hour turnaround and the entire agency runs a very fluid operation. While it was very out of the way, I hope this provides some insight to other’s experiences and can help make the decision on where to go for an appointment.

WoW. The entire group of Passport renewal agents were so AWESOME. I have come to expect the worst from government DMVs etc. this agency was so professional, knowledgeable and courteous. From the first phone call (live, US Agent). To the security guards to tge in office agents, all were great. We literally got our passport 6 hours after arriving at the office. They turned my panic into a sigh of relief. They can’t work miracles but for me they saved the day. THANK YOU THANK YOU.
